Minimums vary by product, but some of our most asked about minimums are listed below:
Please contact us for specific minimums on other custom products. These minimums are subject to change based on the scope of the order.
Kind of. We have positioned ourselves more on the print and production side of the business, and stepped away from in-depth design work. This allows us to focus on what we are the very best at - Printing. We do offer basic “layout” with most products, using a clear and concise direction along with elements you provide (logos, fonts, colors, etc).
If your artwork is something that can be dialed in within just a few emails, we’re happy to help out! If your artwork is more involved, we recommend using your designer. If you do not have a designer, we can often recommend one. We do not do any logo design.
Absolutely! We welcome direct communication with your designer to ensure your files are set up correctly. This helps streamline the process and ensures the best possible outcome for your project. We can provide specific technical requirements and best practices to your designer to meet our production standards.
Yes, we accept Canva files, but we recommend exporting them as PDFs. Please ensure all elements are properly aligned and the design meets our minimum resolution requirements. For best results, we recommend using professional design software like Adobe Illustrator, but we can work with Canva files if necessary.

Yes, we offer color-matching from the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for most of our printing services, using PMS numbers from the Solid Coated Guide ONLY.
We use the latest Pantone color guides and can match to specific Pantone numbers. If your design calls for PMS colors from any other Pantone Guide books (Process Coated, Uncoated, Textile, Paint, etc.) we will require you to provide a Pantone number from the Solid Coated books - these colors will end with only the letter C.
If you are not familiar with, or do not FULLY understand how PMS works, we recommend you leave your artwork as CMYK without PMS Spot Colors. Pantone colors cannot be chosen on a computer screen and are not an accurate representation to actual output.
We guarantee that your requested PMS color will match the physical PMS Guide swatches. We do NOT guarantee that your color output will match the PMS color you see on your computer screen.
No, in most cases we do not offer press checks or physical proofs, but digital proofs are included in our standard process. We are very thorough in our digital proofing which will give you an opportunity to catch any errors prior to production.
No, we do not imprint on provided garments or hats. We have wholesale accounts with every major blank garment supplier across the globe and can send you a list of links to browse for brands and styles to get exactly what you’re looking for. When we supply the blank garments, we are fully liable for any shortages, misprints, or damaged items.
There have been rare cases where a customer is requesting a lesser-known brand, a brand that is not available here in the United States, asking to add on to an already customized garment, or one that doesn’t offer wholesale accounts at all. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
Here’s just a few of our wholesale supply websites for you to browse:
The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your project, current workload, and any special requirements. Many of our most popular in-house items can be completed within 1-2 days, after payment and proofing. If turnaround is crucial, or your project requires a hard deadline, we MUST know this information during the sales process. It is at that time that we can provide you with a realistic timeframe and commit to your deadline.
